Description
The story: I bought this coffee sight unseen largely as a favor to a friend who wanted a small amount of a boring, normal washed green. I figured, if it’s not good enough to sell it’ll just be a $200 loss and I can salvage it by using it as practice beans. Fortunately for me, I like it enough that I’m willing to sell it, so here we are.
The story, part 2: This is my first ever Loring roast, done with minimal planning ahead of time. I had a chance to throw 25lb of this coffee into the Loring and I took it. I think it tastes reasonably good, although not perfect. I’m not completely comfortable selling it at full price, but I figure it’s interesting enough to let everyone who wants to try it!
The story part 3: My second ever Loring roast went very poorly. Part 3 is best not talked about.
