Calculated shipping by weight for all coffee. The majority of economy rate packages will ship through USPS or UPS Ground Saver.
International shipping
Paying customs and VAT duties is the customer’s responsibility for all products unless expressly stated otherwise. Availability of green coffee shipments to your area may vary. Please verify the legality of importing green coffee to your location.
Canada: Shipping rates start at $9.99. UPS Ground, Fedex, and DHL will not be used for orders to Canada to avoid excessive customs brokerage fees. Instead, packages will ship through Asendia’s partnership with USPS for most orders or through USPS/Canada Post. UPS Worldwide may be used for larger orders, as it includes routine brokerage fees as part of the cost of postage.
France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, UK, Ireland: Shipping rates start at $13.99. Packages will ship through DHL or Fedex International Connect Plus. Please note that under this setup the final mile carrier may vary.
Shipping to the rest of the world: Shipping rates start at $19.99. Carrier will vary based on the destination.
With the exception of special cases (such as being held by by customs due to the customer not paying duties, or failing to pick up parcels from a drop point in a timely manner), if your order of roasted coffee is not delivered within within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact me and I will be happy to provide a full refund.
